Seniors and community members in Moses Lake, Washington gathered at Avamere at Moses Lake for an afternoon of puzzles and chili.

The senior living community, which offers independent and assisted living, hosted a Puzzle Party & Chili Feed for their residents and local community.
Festivities included a puzzle competition, Moses Lake community puzzle contribution, and a chili feast.
Puzzle winners
Two of Avamere at Moses Lake’s own residents took home the prize for fastest puzzle put together, Madeline Root and Susan Lawson.
They each won a gift basket with a glass decanter featuring blue glass pebbles and a tealight candle, a gift card for coffee, and a 3D Statue of Liberty puzzle to fit the puzzle-themed event.
Four-year-old Easton and two-year-old Emilee won most puzzles put together, completing two puzzles each with help from their parents.
They each took home gift baskets filled with bath bombs, small toy animals that grow when wet, and wash cloths that also grow once wet.
